I ski cut a convexity just below top of East Bowl from the ridge (blue). Soft slab broke at my feet. Average crown 12” and 20” at the deepest part. That slab either propagated across or sympathetically released the far skiers right side of the line (green). A partner ski cut between the two and flushed out the rest of the hangfire (red). Ran about 700’ vertical and through many small trees. Broke at the new snow/old snow interface.
